Important Update Regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Synolo continues to closely monitor developments surrounding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).  We want to assure you that we are continually monitoring developments and guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to determine what steps we need to take to help protect our employees while they’re on the job and to safeguard our ability to serve our customers and business associates as well.

The heart of Synolo’s business is service.  Rest assured we have systems in place to ensure continuity of our best-in-class products while also monitoring the health and well-being of our employees, clients, and business partners during this unprecedented time.

Synolo will also be taking all precautionary measures as recommended by the CDC with the goal of minimizing exposure amongst our employees, clients, and vendors consistent with CDC recommendations to help minimize exposure among our employees and business associates.  To that end, Synolo will also be taking advantage of remote technology which allows our staff to maintain their high standard of service in their call center and utilize virtual communication amongst staff, clients, and vendors.  To be clear, until otherwise directed by Federal or State mandate, our offices remain open and operational for those employees that cannot work remotely or otherwise need to utilize our business space.
